The property was romantic with superbly friendly and accommodating staff in a robotic manner, I liked the stay. I was there for 2 nights and ate at beach restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The beds were lovely, view over the garden was lovely. The location was particularly good for me, close to the sea.

Loved this picturesque hotel, easy to find, with pleasant staff with request for soya milk. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. The beds were extremely comfy and the view over the garden was glorious. The location was fantastic, the room was new-fashioned and functional. There was Kanton Chinese Takeaway nearby to grab something to eat.
Definitely, there was milk missing.

Regarding price, think it's excellent value for money for Cromer. The atmosphere of the hotel is family. Magnificent and best possible location to the cliffs at the sea front, you can walk everywhere. Also, it's located 1 km from a long pebble-&-sand beach.
